These Terms govern your use of betterdayalerts.com and Better Day Alerts, a service operated by Sandstream Seven LLC. You must be at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and able to enter a binding agreement.
The service
Better Day Alerts sends recurring marketing messages about products, services, savings, and opportunities across the topics selected by participants.
We are not a government agency or professional adviser. We do not guarantee savings, eligibility, approval, availability, or outcomes.
Text messaging
Participation is also governed by our SMS Terms. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information, use only a mobile number you own or are authorized to use, keep it current, and do not misuse or disrupt the service.
Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sandstream Seven LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the service.
Governing law and contact
